Resveratrol has poor bioavailability in the body, due to its rapid metabolism. This reduces its potency. Each capsule contains grape skin extract (standardised to contain 100mg resveratrol) with black pepper extract, bioactivated to equivalent of 1,000 glasses of red wine*. *per standard 150ml glass of red wine.
