Macula Saffron Capsules 60s
with Lutein and Zeaxanthin
with Lutein and Zeaxanthin
Good source of carotenoid antioxidants
Why is Macula Saffron good for you?
Saffron from the flower of Crocus sativus, is rich in the carotenoid Crocin, giving saffron its intense colour. Carotenoids, like Lutein and Zeaxanthin, are important components of the macula, where they are selectively taken up by the macula and absorb harmful blue light. They are not synthesised by the body and must be obtained from the diet. BioPerine®, a black pepper extract, can increase the bioavailability of carotenoids.
Combined with Zinc and Vitamin B2, Natures Goodness Macula Saffron provides nutrients that contribute to the maintenance of normal vision, and protection of cells from oxidative stress.
